Product and order information
Does it come assembled?
No, it comes in parts. The box holds a numbered parts card, an assembly guide and a stand.
Do I need to buy paint or glue?
No paint: we make the parts in the colours they will be used in. Glue is not needed on most models either, as the parts push-fit together. On some models, though, a few parts may need glue to hold.
How long does assembly take?
It depends on the model and your experience. The guide sets out the order of the parts and where they join, step by step.
Are the products tried before they are boxed?
Yes. Before packing, we assemble every product at least once to make sure the parts fit. That is why you may see very light contact marks on the mating surfaces. It does not mean the product has been used.
Can colour or surface vary between products?
It can. Because we make every kit to order, one at a time, small differences in surface and colour tone can appear. That is a natural result of how they are made.
What age is it suitable for?
14 and over. It contains small parts and is not a toy.
What if a part breaks?
If a part breaks during or after assembly, write to us. We will remake and send any part that can be reproduced, free of charge; you only pay the shipping. Your order number, the model name and a photo of the broken part are enough.
If the product reached you incomplete, faulty or damaged in transit, that is a different matter: we cover the shipping and your statutory rights apply.
Who designs the models?
The model designs belong to PB94 on MakerWorld. We make the kits under a commercial-use licence for those designs; production, quality control, packing and sales are ours. The rights in the design remain with the designer.
When do orders ship?
We hand orders to the courier within 2 working days. Shipping is on us over 2,000 TL; below that it is 100 TL.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day the product reaches you to withdraw, without giving a reason. Taking the parts out of the box does not remove that right; the product only needs to be in resaleable condition.
If a product is damaged in transit or arrives faulty, write to us. In that case the shipping cost is ours.
